a bit about me:
I am an Assistant Professor in Clinical-Community Psychology at the University of South Carolina. I earned my Ph.D. in Ecological-Community Psychology from Michigan State University, and held a postdoctoral position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the School of Human Ecology.
My research explores: 1) How do do children experience and understand social inequality? 2) How do understandings of social inequality impact learning? and
3) What are culturally responsive, participatory, and transformative educational practices that promote co-learning and disrupt educational inequities?
